Remembering Sept. 11th 2001

Hi, I know most of you will remember where you were on Sept. 11th 2001 and what you did that day. I would like to share what happened to me that day. It started with the phone ringing and it was my Mother calling. She said to turn on the TV, so I did and saw the plane flying into the towers on a loop, over and over again. But I noticed it fell straight down into its footprint and I thought hummm? Something else is going on here but I’m not going to talk about that today. I happened to be the President of my Church board at that time so I called everyone and said we were going to have a special service that night. We gathered around a white candle at the service in a circle to send healing to everyone who crossed over and was hurt. While we were doing this the stereo turned on by itself and started playing Spirit in the Sky, a song we sang often at our services. However, no one had turned on the stereo, except spirit. I knew then that the people who crossed over were being cared for on the other side. Another thing that happened after this event was how kind everyone starting being to each other, for weeks afterward. I wish that had not ended. Wouldn’t it be great if that feeling of love and compassion for each other would have lasted.
